Charnwood Forest Food and Products

This project will provoke conversations about produce from the Forest, reduce environmental impacts and food waste and support small producers.

Several bottles of wine sitting on a rocky outcrop.

The project will inspire local producers to draw on Charnwood Forest’s heritage when creating food, products and services. Geoproducts branding will be created and a network will connect local producers. Community orchards will be planted which local groups will manage and everyone will be able to pick from; and the Edible Forest festival will be supported.
