Autumn Education Hub Event: Save the Date!
If you are a school or educational group within and around Charnwood Forest Geopark – then this is for you! We’re pleased to announce our next Education Hub Event will be taking place on Thursday 20th November at Beaumanor Hall from 4pm. The Geopark’s Education Hub Event is an opportunity for local educators to connect with others, share ideas and access resources such as workshops, talks and field trips.
What? Our autumn Education Hub Event will be based around an engaging new STEM resource developed by the Geopark. Discover how your outdoor learning space can be transformed into a real-life crime scene, using simple experiments and STEM skills to solve a crime mystery in a classic whodunnit activity. The session will also include an update on the Geopark’s education programme, an opportunity for networking and a summary of educational activities available at Beaumanor Hall.
