Our education programme helps children and young people explore and connect with the rich geological, natural and cultural heritage of Charnwood Forest. We support schools, education groups and home educators, to create engaging curriculum-linked activities rooted in the unique environment of Charnwood Forest.
Working with local educators, we’ve created a range of free teaching resources that focus on the landscape of Charnwood Forest.
Whether you’re looking for ready-to-use classroom materials, support in organising outdoor learning experiences, or ways to link up with like-minded educators, we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch using our Contact Us page or email our Education Officer, Hayley Rock, at hrock@nationalforest.org
